Applicable law and dispute resolution

These General Conditions of Use and use of the Website shall be governed by applicable law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under that law. Nothing in these conditions excludes any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules applicable to the User.

If any provision of these General Conditions of Use is unenforceable or invalid under applicable law or as a result of a judicial or administrative decision, that unenforceability or invalidity shall not make these General Conditions of Use unenforceable or invalid as a whole. In such cases, the company shall modify or replace that provision with one that is valid and enforceable and that, as far as possible, achieves the objective and intention reflected in the original provision.
